Policies

Deposits and Cancellations: To guarantee your reservation a one night deposit or up to 50% whichever is greater is charged at the time of making your reservation. Sorry we do not provide refunds however we will be happy to reschedule any single stay (excluding Holiday, Special Event dates and multiple cabin bookings) with proper notification. For reservations up to a 2 (two) night stay we require a 7 (seven) day notice or a 30 (thirty) day notice for reservations over a 2 (two) night stay. If you cancel with less than the required days notice or do not show up at all you will be charged for the dates reserved unless we are able to rebook the cabin. We will make every effort to rebook the cabin and upon rebooking a credit will be held and must be used within 90 (ninety) days.

We provide a relaxing atmosphere for adult guests only. (must be over 16) The number of guests per cabin is limited and noted.

Our check-in time is 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Please be considerate of our time to accommodate you. Our cleaning time allows for NO EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS. If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM please call to make arrangements. Our check-out time is 10:00am.

All our cabins are NON SMOKING. Should you choose to smoke in our cabins you will be charged an additional $100.00 cleaning fee.

We DO NOT accept pets IN or ON our property. Pets in our cabins will result in the lose of your stay, no refund and an additional $100.00 cleaning fee.

We enjoy our property and work hard to keep it clean and comfortable inside and out for all our guests to enjoy and ask you do the same. Any damages, extensive cleaning and/or missing items in our cabins while during your stay will be charged to your account.
